On Mobile Devices: Your activity > Download your information > Request Download
On Computers: More > Settings > Privacy and security > Data download > Request download > Select HTML
You will then get an email with the archive of your account. Download and extract the archive, and in the followers_and_following folder you will find the following.html and followers.html
